An appointment is scheduled to visit and measure your property, allowing us to provide an estimate (which is valid for 30 days) for the job. The consultation will include discussions about which style and product is best suited to your needs and budget, along with considerations about how long you plan to be in your home, the purpose of the room, and your personal style.

Our team can assist with moving any required furniture, enabling them to quickly and efficiently remove the old flooring and ensure it is disposed of responsibly. The luxury vinyl tiles are left to acclimatise for at least 48 hours, allowing them to shrink or expand based on their environment.

Floor levelling prep begins, and we establish that the sub-level is completely smooth. This involves using a latex levelling compound for concrete floors or plywood for wooden floors, resulting in a smooth and level surface. Most levelling compounds require a minimum of 4 hours to set – so it’s worth keeping both children and pets away from the area of the installation!
